Terms of service for businesses

These terms apply between Слободенюк Андрій Віталійович, м. Бердичів, вул. Крупської, буд. 20 ("Vizitino", "we") and the business that creates a Vizitino account ("you"). By creating an account you accept these terms.

1. The service

Vizitino provides an online booking page, a dashboard for managing services, staff, schedules, bookings and clients, optional integrations (such as Google Calendar) and an optional AI booking assistant. We may improve and change features over time.

2. Your account

  • You must give correct information and keep your sign-in details secret.
  • We recommend turning on two-step verification in Security.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by staff you invite.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You keep your services, prices, opening hours and contacts up to date.
  • You use Vizitino lawfully, including towards your clients, and you do not misuse the service.
  • You are the controller of your clients' personal data. You inform your clients about the processing, and you handle their requests. Vizitino processes this data for you under the data processing agreement, which is part of these terms.
  • You are responsible for your own tax, invoicing and fiscal obligations towards your clients (for example cash register or receipt requirements in your country).

4. Trial, subscription and payment

  • New accounts get a free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is needed to keep online booking and the AI assistant switched on.
  • Prices are shown in the dashboard. Monthly plans are paid in advance against an invoice. On the per-booking plan (“Start”) you pay for each online booking made through your page, chat or QR code during the month, never more than the monthly maximum shown in the dashboard, against an invoice issued after the month ends; bookings you add yourself and cancelled bookings are free.
  • If payment is late, online booking and the AI assistant may be switched off after a grace period. Your data is kept, and everything is switched on again after payment.

5. Availability and support

We work to keep Vizitino available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, preferably outside business hours. Support is available by email at contact@vizitino.com.

6. AI assistant

The AI assistant answers using the information you provide and the real availability in Vizitino, and books only after the client confirms. You should check your settings and the assistant's answers. The assistant is not suitable for medical, legal or other professional advice, and in such cases it refers clients to you.

7. Intellectual property

Vizitino remains our property. You keep all rights to your content (texts, photos, client data) and give us the right to use it only to provide the service.

8. Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. For other cases, to the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit, nor for failures of third-party services outside our control.

9. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately in case of serious breach. Before closing, you can export your data. After closing, we delete your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

10. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not agree, you can close your account before the change. These terms are governed by Ukraine. Mandatory consumer and business protection rules of your country remain unaffected.
