Do my clients need to register?
No. Clients book with just their name, phone and email, and receive a link to manage their appointment.
Can clients get reminders in Telegram?
Yes. After booking, the client taps “Get it in Telegram” and “Start” in the bot, and the confirmation and reminder arrive in Telegram. No sign-up needed. And you get every new booking in your own Telegram.
